Daniel LePage, retired 9/10/2004, payable 12/29/2027, his pension is calculated for an annual amount of $29,504.43. His application for a deferred retirement is to be approved at tonight’s meeting. 2. Christopher Barrett, retired 5/31/2014, his pension is calculated for an annual amount of $63,363.35. His application for a normal retirement was approved at the 3/4/2014 meeting. C. Application(s) for a refund and/or rollover of pension contributions: 1. David Scott – NPU, refund in the amount of $52,813.09 with interest (through 6/30/2014), who terminated eff 5/30/2014. D. Notification(s) of death: 1. Robert Gromko (DOD 5/7/2014), who retired from NPU on 3/1/2001, no survivor benefit due. 2. Lois Dyer (DOD 5/19/2014), who retired on 9/27/2003, no survivor benefit due. E.
