Damon Wallace, Police Detective, for a normal retirement effective 04/04/2015. 2. Gayle Selvideo, Assistant to the Director of Curriculum-BOE, for a normal retirement effective 05/02/2015. 3. Deborah Gardner, Cafeteria Manager-BOE, for a normal retirement effective 06/19/2015. 4. Edward Martin, for a revised normal retirement date – effective 06/27/2015. His retirement application was originally approved at the March 17, 2015 meeting with an effective date of 07/15/2015. C. Pension calculation(s): 1. Lawrence Balsley, retired 03/11/2015. His pension is calculated for an annual amount of $54,855.84. His application for a normal retirement was approved at the 2/17/2015 meeting. 2. Mark Greene, retired 03/14/2015, payable 02/25/2030. His pension is calculated for an annual amount of $45,450.29. His application for a deferred retirement was approved at the 2/17/2015 meeting. 3. Damon Wallace, retired 04/04/2015. His pension is calculated for an annual amount of $35,925.16. His application for a normal retirement to be approved at this meeting. D. Notification of pension benefit due to a Domestic Relations Order payable to Patricia Riley effective 04/01/2015. Her pension is calculated for an annual amount of $8,339.52. Lawrence Balsley’s will be reduced to $46,574.28 annually. E. Notification of death(s): 1. John Valcourt (DOD 03/28/2015), who retired from NPU on 09/01/1990. Survivor benefit due Annette Valcourt in the annual amount of $6,361.04. 2. Adam Androwski (DOD 2/28/2015), who retired from the Police Department on 02/01/2002. No survivor benefit due. F. Review of messages from the Chairman of the Ethics Commission. G. Request to require email notification of their direct deposit advices for all new retirees. H.
