Hearing regarding status of application for Jeffrey Stephens. Pursuant to Rule 5, c.2, Jeffrey Stephens requested a hearing before the board to review his qualifications for City Planner. The board reviewed the job announcement, his application and resume, the chain of email communications with Human Resources and the letter he submitted to the board dated October 11, 2015. It was determined that he did not meet the minimum qualifications as stated in the job announcement. Motion to deny Mr. Stephens’ appeal to take the test for City Planner made by John John, seconded by Shiela Hayes, all in favor. III.
