Request from Attorney Richard Pascal at the April 2019 meeting, representing Donald Cilley Jr, to meet with the Board at the May 2019 meeting. Additional information disputing the legality of withholding pension payments until the overpayment in a previous year had been satisfied was presented by Attorney Pascal. Send to Corporation Counsel for review and table to the June 2019 meeting. B. John Bilda, General Manager-NPU, for a retirement effective April 10, 2019. Ken Plumb provided legal review at the May 2019 meeting and tabled to the June 2019 meeting. IV. New Business A. Applications for Retirement: 1. Peter Camp, Police Sergeant, for a normal retirement effective June 2, 2019. 2. Edward McDougal, Mechanic-PW, for a normal retirement effective July 13, 2019. 3. Edward Shea, Field Service Technician Foreman-NPU, for a normal retirement effective July 20, 2019. 4. Jean Depot, Paraeducator-BOE, for a normal retirement effective September 6, 2019. B. Pension Calculations: 1. Peter Camp, retired June 2, 2019. His annual pension is calculated for $66,543.21. His application is on the agenda at this meeting. C. Application for refund of pension contributions: 1. Jacob Manke, Director of Safety & Training-Fire, who resigned effective May 9, 2019. Refund of $90,212.46 including interest. D. Notification of Death: 1. Robert Noon, DOD May 30, 2019, who retired from NPU on February 20, 1999. No further benefit due. E. Request from Fire Chief Montoya to extend the Captain eligibility list for one year. The current list expires on September 13, 2019. F.
