Motion to accept the September 16, 2025 minutes was made by Mike Dziavit, seconded by Mary Osten, all in favor. III. New Business A. Application for Retirement: 1. Eric McDermott, Electric Integrity Manager, for a deferred retirement effective November 29, 2025, payable November 07, 2039. Motion to approve retirement application made by Patrick McMahon, seconded by Mike Dziavit, all in favor. B. Applications for refund/rollover of pension contributions: 1. Rosa O’Connor, YFS Program Coordinator, who terminated June 20, 2025. Refund in the amount of $6,937.91 including interest. 2. Robyn Ventura-Chaves, Paraeducator, who terminated June 20, 2025. Refund in the amount of $2,399.04 including interest. Motion to approve refund/rollover applications made by Mike Dziavit, seconded by Mary Oster, all in favor. C. Notification of Death: 1. Paul Fedeli, DOD September 29, 2025, Police, who retired on July 26, 1998. Survivor benefit to be paid to his spouse Gwen L. Fedeli, in the amount of $23,769.72. Motion to approve survivorship benefit made by Patrick McMahon, seconded by Mike Dziavit, all in favor. 2. Paula S. Garnica, DOD September 02, 2025, BOE, who retired on October 13, 2018. No further benefit due. 3. Dennis J. Grillo, DOD October 1, 2025, NPU, who retired on January 03, 2009. No further benefit due. Motion to acknowledge notification of deaths made by Mike Dziavit, seconded by Mary Osten, all in favor. Paul Schroder made a motion to add to the agenda under suspension of rules: 3 & 4 under Eligibility List Extension, seconded Mike Dziavit, all in favor. D. Eligibility List Extensions: 1. Request from Roseanne Muscarella, City Clerk, to extend the Records Clerk list for six (6) months. Request from Chief Wilson, Fire, to extend the Fire Captain list for six (6) months. The list expired October 18, 2025. Motion to extend the Fire Captain list for six (6) months was made by Mike Dziavit, seconded by Mary Osten, all in favor. 4. Request from Chief Wilson, Fire, to extend the Battalion Chief list for six (6) months. The list expired October 17, 2025. Motion to extend the Battalion Chief list for six (6) months was made by Mike Dziavit, seconded by Mary Osten, all in favor. E.
