1 CITY OF NORWICH NORWICH PUBLIC PARKING COMMISSION The following are the minutes of the regular meeting of the Public Parking Commission held at 5: 00 p.m., January 10, 2017 at the Intermodal Transportation Center. PRESENT: Ms. Joanne Philbrick, Mr. H. Tucker Braddock, Mr. Jeff Lord, Mr. Sean Ryan. ABSENT: Mr. John Salomone and Mr. William Nash Mr. Braddock called the meeting to order at 5:00pm, noting a quorum was present. PUBLIC COMMENT: NONE MINUTES: A motion was made by Mr. Ryan , second by Mr. Lord, to amend the minutes of the November 2016 meeting regarding the lease agreements with Atrspace and Nassi Realty. The amendment would clarify that the agreements are for an initial 3 year period, with options to renew at 3,6,& 9 years. The amendment was voted on and passed unanimously. A motion was made by Mr. Lord, second by Ms. Philbrick, to accept the minutes with the amendment. The Commission voted to accept the minutes of the regular meeting of November 15,2016 as amended. The vote was unanimous. FINANCIAL REPORTS & BILLS TO BE PAID: A motion was made by Mr. Ryan, second by Mr. Lord to accept the financial report and accounts payable reports for: November 2016 The motion was voted on and passed unanimously. ADJOURNMENT: Having no further business to discuss, a motion was made by Ms. Philbrick, second by Mr. Lord, to adjourn the meeting. Voted on and passed unanimously. Meeting was adjourned at 5:27 pm.
