1 CITY OF NORWICH NORWICH PUBLIC PARKING COMMISSION The following are the minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Public Parking Commission held at 5: 00 PM, November 19, 2019 at the Intermodal Transportation Center. PRESENT: Mr. Sam Browning, Mr. Jeff Lord, Mr. William Nash, Mr. Sean Ryan ABSENT: Mr. John Salomone ALSO: Ms. Deanna Rhodes, Planning Director, City of Norwich Mr. Jason Vincent, NCDC, Vice President Mr. Lord called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm, noting a quorum was present. PUBLIC COMMENT: NONE MINUTES: A motion was made by Mr. Nash, second by Mr. Browning, to accept the minutes of the September 17, 2019 regular meeting. Attending members voted unanimously to accept the minutes. FINANCIAL REPORTS & BILLS TO BE PAID: A motion was made by Mr. Nash, second by Mr. Browning to accept the financial reports and accounts payable reports for September & October 2019. The motion was voted on and passed unanimously. MINUTES NPPC REGULAR MEETING 11/19/2019  2 HOLIDAY CLOSURE 2019: A motion was made by Mr. Nash, to close the Parking Commission office December 24, 2019. The office will be closed through December 25, 2019 and will reopen normal hours on Thursday December 26, 2019. Mr. Browning seconded the motion. The attending members voted unanimously to approve the motion. ANYTHING ELSE BEFORE THE COMMISSION: Commission members were provided copies of correspondence from MPTN related to the existing parking agreement for the Mercantile Exchange Building. This was informational only, no action required. ADJOURNMENT: Having no further business to discuss, a motion was made by Mr. Nash , second by Mr. Ryan, to adjourn the meeting.
