CITY OF NORWICH RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD SPECIAL MEETING August 18, 2015 5:00 PM Recreaction Department Building, Norwich, CT Present: John Iovino, Angela Duhaime, Victoria Daniels, Lee-Ann Gomes, Sean Ryan Absent: Alderman Mark Bettencourt, Alderman Bill Nash, Gary Evans, Ray Stewart 1. Call to Order – Quorum Chairman John Iovino called the meeting to order at 5:07 pm. There was not a quorum present. 2.
