DRAFT CITY OF NORWICH REHAB REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES September 10, 2019 9:00 a.m. Present: Rodney Bowie Samuel Browning Jim Roberts Kathryn Crees Wayne Sharkey (staff) Tianne Curtis (staff) Absent: H. Tucker Braddock Jim Troeger I. The meeting of the Rehab Review Committee (RRC) was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Rodney Bowie II. Approval of Minutes – Motion was made by Samuel Browning and seconded by Jim Roberts to accept the minutes of the meeting as presented. Motion carried unanimously. III. Project Status Update – Wayne Sharkey submitted a program activity summary (see attached). The summary updated the Committee on program spending and unit progress of the Property Rehabilitation Program and the Lead Hazard Control Program. Kathryn Crees stated they may need to approach HUD to request approval of increased funding for a specific property. She stated the property is located in both the Local & National Historic Districts and is in a key location. IV. Other – None V.
