The RRC meeting was called to order at 9:00 AM. II. Upon motion by Kathy Crees, second by Stacy Gould, the Committee voted to approve the minutes of the 2/11/20 meeting. Motion passed unanimously. III. Adoption of Updated Policies & Procedures Kathryn Crees explained the Policies & Procedures had been revised to reflect the 2019 Lead Based Paint Hazard Grant. The 2019 Grant awards $12,000.00 per/unit; with a maximum of $20,000.00 in specific cases. Upon motion by Stacy Gould, second by Rodney Bowie, the Committee voted to approve the update to the Lead Policies & Procedures. Motion passed unanimously. IV. Other Business There was brief discussion of the impact of COVID-19 to the office. Kathryn Crees noted that the CD Office has adapted and is moving forward with the Lead and Property Rehab programs; just in a different manner. V.
