Call to Order / Roll Call The RRC meeting was called to order at 9:00 AM. II. Approval of Minutes Upon motion by Rodney Bowie, second by Stacy Gould the Committee voted to approve the minutes of the 06/08/21 meeting. Motion passed unanimously. III. Ratification of July phone vote Wayne Sharkey provided a summary of the home-owner’s request for the additional $15,000 of property rehabilitation funding to complete the work at 130 Laurel Hill Ave. The owner has also provided an additional $4000 of owner’s share. At the July phone vote; those voting in favor were Rodney Bowie, Dan Coley, Kathryn Crees and Stacy Gould. Tucker Braddock stated he was also in favor of granting the additional loan amount in the amount of $15,000.00 Upon motion by Rodney Bowie, second by Tucker Braddock, the Committee voted to ratify the July phone vote and approve increasing the property rehab loan by an additional $15,000.00. Motion passed unanimously. IV. Discussion Tucker Braddock wanted to communicate his disappointment in the City’s meeting technology and inability to clearly hear and be heard when using Zoom or teleconferencing. Stacy Gould agreed that she has experienced similar issues on other board and committees and is not sure if the City’s MIS Dept is aware of them. Tucker Braddock stated the City Council should take action on the concerns or nothing will change. V.
