Call to Order / Roll Call The RRC meeting was called to order at 9:08 AM. II. Approval of Minutes Upon motion by Kathryn Crees, second by Dan Coley the Committee voted to approve the minutes of the 9/14/2021 meeting. Motion passed unanimously. III. Ratification of Phone Vote On or about November 18, 2021, a phone vote was conducted to increase property rehabilitation funding by an additional $25,000.00 for the on-going work at 130 Laurel Hill Ave. Voting in favor were Tucker Braddock, Dan Coley, Kathryn Crees, Mark Gilot and Stacy Gould. There were none opposed. Motion was made by Kathryn Crees, second by Dan Coley to ratify the phone vote of November 2021. Motion passed unanimously. IV. Program Update Wayne Sharkey stated there was still a stall in unit completion and anticipated closing out the grant with between 50-60 units. He noted that HUD had suspended quarterly ratings since all communities were dealing with the same deficits. V.
