DRAFT Rehabilitation Review Committee (RRC) Tuesday January 10, 2023 9:00 AM HYBRID MEETING Conference Room First Floor 23 Union St. Norwich, CT Zoom Meeting ID: 817 0256 7878 Members Present via Zoom: Mark Gilot, Stacy Gould, Members Present: Sydney Phelps Members Absent: Rodney Bowie, Dan Coley Staff Present: Tianne Curtis; Wayne Sharkey I. Call to Order / Roll Call The RRC meeting was called to order at 9:02 AM. Attendance was taken II. Approval of Minutes The 6/14/22 minutes were accurate as submitted. The motion made by Kathryn Crees was by April phone vote which was ratified at the 6/14/22 meeting. Upon motion by Stacy Gould, second by Mark Gilot, the committee voted to approve the 6/14/22 minutes. Motion passed unanimously. Motion was made by Stacy Gould, second by Mark Gilot, to approve the minutes of the 11/8/22 meeting. Motion passed unanimously. III. Ratification of Phone Vote Wayne Sharkey stated he had received responses from all Committee members. All were voting in favor of increasing project funding an additional $4,000.00 outlined in the homeowner’s letter of request. The total Property Rehab loan for 31 Bliss Place amount would be $34,000.00. Motion was made by Sydney Phelps, second by Stacy Gould, to approve the ratification of the 12/13/2022 phone vote granting an additional $4,000.00 in funding to 31 Bliss Place for the purpose of replacing a hot water heater. Motion passed unanimously. IV. Project Updates Wayne Sharkey stated the office would soon be submitting an extension request to the OLHCHH for the Lead grant. V.
