V#10-12 – Appeal of Frank Begin on behalf of James Kudej for property located at 81 Merchants Avenue located in a Residential R-20 zoning district. In accordance with Sec.12.1 30’Rear Yard required, request to reduce to 16.5’; 15’ Side yard required, request to reduce to 14’ to construct a 16.5’x20’ carport. 2. V#10-16 – Appeal of Paul Inguanti for property located at 124 Wawecus Street located in a Residential R-80 zoning district. In accordance with Sec.8.1 Permitted Use in an R-80 request to allow conversion from residential to commercial. 3. V#10-17 – Appeal of Laura Huren for property located at 9 Tyler Avenue located in a Residential R-20 zoning district. In accordance with Sec.12.1 30’ Northerly Front Yard required, request to reduce to 10’; 30’ Rear Yard required, request to reduce to 15’; 20% Lot Coverage required, request to increase to 29% to construct a 14’x24’ deck and 20’x26’ garage.
