V#10-30 – Appeal of James Kudej for property located at 81 Merchants Avenue in a Residential R-20 zoning district. In accordance with Sec.12.1; 15’ Side yard required, request to reduce to 9’ to construct a 16.5’x25’ carport on existing garage. 2. V#10-31 – Appeal of Harry Leiser for property located at 45 Salem Tpke. in a Planned Commercial (PC) zoning district. In accordance with Sec.16.9.3; 10’ clearance above finished grade and bottom of display surface required, request to reduce to 4’5” to construct directory signage for plaza. I.
