Application presented by: Schenley Vital Board discussion: Review altered façade from approved site plan, as previously approved by ARB. Application presented by: Giuseppe Pagano, Owner Board discussion: Review proposed new single family home on recently subdivided lot. New structure to encompass architectural elements similar to surrounding houses. It shall have black window casing, with white siding, and details in the eaves. As presented, it has synthetic ‘stone’ foundation. The durability and lasting appearance of the ‘stone’ is questioned by the board. Approved by vote 3-0 Conclusion: Application given conditional approval; Applicant is to provide samples and specs of the synthetic foundation ‘stone’ & colored renderings of the final appearance as planned. Samples and renderings shall be provided to the building dept., for consideration and final ruling of ARB members before next month’s meeting. Motion by member Healey, 2nd by member Steinhorst.
