Architectural Review Board Dec 18, 2024 Minutes pg. 1 Meeting location: Nyack Village Hall Meeting called to order = 7:00pm Present: Greg Healey Chair Laurie Steinhorst Member Mary Adler Member Tim Mills Member Manny Carmona Building Inspector Dennis Michaels Village Attorney 1. 112 Main Street. DR Pilla. Application to amend previously approved exterior alterations to storefront. Application presented by: Sara Wild Board discussion: Amending previously approved application due to findings during demolition and early phases of construction. Proposed changes include façade changes and slightly altered entryway. It was found that the front of the building has a stone and concrete arched design. The applicant wishes to maintain and repair the existing features. Stone arch to be repaired in kind where damaged / missing. The entryway windows including above the doors will be raised slightly to meet the existing features. Repaired wall above entryway will be finished with new stucco. Public Comment: None present Conclusion: Application approved as submitted. Motion by member Healey, 2nd by member Steinhorst. Approved by 4-0 vote. 2. 66 Main Street. Dolce Vita. Application for signage. Applicant not present. Board proceeded to consider application without applicant due to simple application. Board discussion: Application is for new sign. Sign is in place of similar sign approved and erected previously but had been taken down.
