Motion passed by a vote of 4 yeas, o nays, 1 absent (Trustee Lightfoot-Cooper) Action Items Resolution No. 2022-59 Nyack Village Board approving of the Nyack Village Board approving a home rule request for Senate Bill S.9060 regarding a Village of Nyack Occupancy Tax A motion was offered by Joseph Rand to approve the resolution as presented, seconded by Marie Lorenzini. The motion was approved by a vote of 4 yeas, 0 nays, 1 absent (Trustee Lightfoot-Cooper) Resolution No. 2022-60 Nyack Village Board approving of the Nyack Village Board approving a home rule request for Assembly Bill A.10207 regarding a Village of Nyack Occupancy Tax A motion was offered by Joseph Rand to approve the resolution as presented, seconded by Louise Parker. The motion was approved by a unanimous vote. Motion by Donald Hammond, seconded by Joseph Rand to reopen the vote for Resolution 2022-59. Motion passed by a unanimous vote.
