The minutes of the meeting held on 09/26/24 were accepted as presented. Page 1 of 3 ACTION ITEMS RESOLUTION NO. 2024-148 – ACCEPTING AUDITED VOUCHER SUMMARY The following resolution was offered by Trustee Jean-Gilles, seconded by Trustee Riobe-Taylor WHEREAS, the Audited Voucher Summary was presented to the Nyack Village Board of Trustees at its regularly scheduled meeting of October 8, 2024. RESOLVED, the Village Board hereby approves the General Fund Claims set forth on pages 1 through 14 in the amounts of GENERAL FUND $63,016.14 PARKING AUTHORITY $ 3,182.58 WATER FUND $ 7,385.21 CAPITAL PROJECTS – 2017 Improvements $ 3,528.44 On roll call the vote was a follows: Trustee Jean-Gilles . . . . . . . Yes RESOLUTION NO. 2024-149 – ACCEPTING PROPOSAL FOR EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK FROM PUBLIC SECTOR HR, LLC The following resolution was offered by Trustee Jean-Gilles, seconded by Trustee Lightfoot- Cooper RESOLVED, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Nyack approves a proposal from Public Sector HR for the development of an Employee Handbook, for a cost of $6,500.
