LEGAL NOTICE CITY of OAK FOREST PLANNING and ZONING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Oak Forest on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 7:00 PM, in Oak Forest City Hall, 15440 South Central Avenue, Oak Forest, Illinois, to discuss and consider a text amendment to update the following provisions of the City of Oak Forest Zoning Code: Section 8 Part III-B Massage Establishments and Appendix A: Zoning Table of Uses and such other and further zoning relief that may be required to allow for special use permits for massage establishments. A copy of proposed text amendments to the City of Oak Forest Zoning Code as described herein is available on the Oak Forest website under the Agenda Center on July 31, 2026 or at Oak Forest City Hall, 15440 South Central Avenue, Oak Forest, Illinois, in the Community Development Department.
