POLICE COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 4:30 P.M. Council Chambers - 17W261 Butterfield Road, Oakbrook Terrace, IL I. Call to Order Commissioner Brown called the February 11, 2026, regular meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. II. Roll Call Present: Commisssioners Brown, Tomaselli, and Siciliano Also present were Mayor Esposito and Chief Calvello III. Public Comment None IV. Additions or Deletions to the Agenda Commissioner Brown requested to add Meeting Dates and Times under New Business V. Approval of Minutes – Changes or Corrections 1. Special Meeting Minutes of December 16, 2025 2. Special Meeting Executive Session Minutes of December 16, 2025 Commissioner Brown made a motion to approve the regular Police Commission minutes and Executive Session minutes from December 16, 2025, seconded by Commissioner Tomaselli. Motion carried. VI. Correspondence None VII. Bills Presented 1. Advocate Health Care - $1323.00 2. CLS Background - $326.75 Page 1 of 3  Commissioner Tomaselli made a motion to approve the bills presented in the amount of $1649.75 for medical examinations for Alicja M. Golec, Latoya Ingram, and a background check for Arthur Muhammad seconded by Commissioner Siciliano. Motion carried. VIII. Old Business 1. New Entry Level Applicant Testing 2. Lateral Entry Applicant Testing Commissioner Brown requested to go in Executive Session to discuss New Entry Level Applicant Testing and Lateral Entry Applicant Testing. Mayor Esposito and Chief Calvello were invited to join. Commissioner Brown made a motion to reconvene the Police Commission meeting seconded by Commissioner Siciliano. Motion carried. 3. Rules and Regulations Commissioner Brown stated that the Rules and Regulations are still under review. 4. Any Other Old Business None IX. New Business 1. Slate of Officers Commissioner Brown made a motion to appoint Addy Lozano as the Police Commission secretary seconded by Commissioner Tomaselli. Ayes: Brown, Tomaselli, Siciliano Nays: None Commissioner Brown made a motion to appoint Frank Siciliano as the Police Commission Chairman seconded by Commissioner Tomaselli. Ayes: Brown, Tomaselli, Siciliano Nays: None 2. Any Other New Business Commissioner Brown made a motion to change the meetings date and time to the first Wednesday of every month at 5:00 p.m. seconded by Chairman Siciliano Ayes: Brown, Tomaselli, Siciliano Nays: None Page 2 of 3 X.
