SPECIAL MEETING OAKDALE CITY COUNCIL October 7, 2021 CALL TO ORDER A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Oakdale was held on October 7, 2021, at Oakdale City Hall, 1584 Hadley Avenue, Oakdale, Minnesota. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Paul Reinke at 6:02 PM. CALL OF ROLL On a call of roll, the following were present: Mayor Paul Reinke Council Members: Jake Ingebrigtson Susan Olson Colleen Swedberg (arrived 6:07 PM) Kevin Zabel Absent: None Also Present: Christina Volkers, City Administrator Brandon Fitzsimmons, Shareholder, Flaherty Hood Karina Patino, Legal Analyst, Flaherty Hood A MOTION WAS MADE BY COUNCIL MEMBER INGEBRIGTSON, SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER ZABEL, TO CLOSE THE MEETING FOR LABOR NEGOTIATIONS STRATEGY UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 13D.03, SUBDIVISON 1. 4 AYES.
