The Municipal Code Enforcement Special Staff: Magistrate Hearing works in a fashion similar to a judicial James Pogue process, cases are presented from the docket, testimony and Manager, Code Enforcement evidence is presented, and The Municipal Code Enforcement Yiovanni Santiago Special Magistrate makes a ruling. The Municipal Code Code Enforcement Specialist Enforcement Special Magistrate can levy fnes, require payment of administrative costs, and place liens on personal property if violations are not corrected.
