Introductions Bob Peterson Roll Call by Bob Peterson - Attendance Bob Peterson, Pat Brunstad, Diane Solem, Rod Ash, and Alison Cline Approval of Meeting Minutes: Diane Solem made a motion to approve the October 2, 2019 meeting minutes. Pat Brunstad seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Diane Solem made a motion to approve the October 6, 2020 meeting minutes. Alison Cline seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Presentation of LTAC requests: Ocean Shores Convention Center – requested $1,487.100 for Debt Payments, Operations, Repairs and Maintenance reserve. Roundup Square Inc.- promoter would like to make Superhero Music Festival an annual event. Expected attendance is a few thousand. Request is for $14,000. Grays Harbor Youth Athletics – promotor requesting funds of $5,000.
