Call to Order Chair Dan Bricker called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. 2. Roll Call Planning Commissioners present: Dan Bricker, Greg Cox, Richard Wills, Tanya Roberts, Elenor Dorman, and Richard Hartman via Zoom Planning Commissioners absent: Pat Brunstad Commissioner Wills moved to excused Commissioner Brunstad from the meeting. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. City Staff present: City Planner Marshall Reed, and City Clerk Sara Logan Guest present: None 3. Approval of Meeting Agenda Commissioner Wills moved to approve the meeting agenda. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. 4. Approval of Minutes Commissioner Wills moved to approve the amended meeting minutes from Tuesday, 10/12/2021. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Cox moved to have the Planning Commission review the redlined version of the Comprehensive Plan, review the draft report to City Council and come to the next meeting on November 9, 2021 and deal with chapters 1-7 by exception. Commissioner Dorman seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. The Planning Commission continued discussion in regards to the Comprehensive Plan. 5. Public Comments Marlene Pennery: commented on allowing 5-plexes/6-plexes in that zone “single moderate high” 6. Reports: No reports 7. Continued Business: • Continued review of Comprehensive Plan 8.
