Closed Session: The purpose of the meeting to confer with legal counsel who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation in which it involved as authorized per Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(g), Stats. specifically discussing litigation involving the City, the Village of Lac La Belle and the Town of Oconomowoc pertaining to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village and Town. 3. This constitutes a meeting of the Common Council pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993) and must be noticed as such, although the Common Council will not take any formal action at this meeting.
