April 17, 2018
Chairman Miller called the meeting to order at 7:24 PM.
Members Present: Aldermen Miller, Zwart and Ellis
Staff Present: Mayor Nold, Kitsembel, Freber, Pickart, Gallo, Kelliher, Buerger, Duffy,
Osborn, Frye and Coenen
Others Present: Alds. Schmidt, Kowieski, Shaw, Rosek and Strey
2. Consider/act on Vouchers
Motion by Zwart to approve the vouchers in the amount of $2,153,012.09; second by Ellis.
Motion carried 3-0.
Motion by Ellis to adjourn; second by Miller. Motion carried 3-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:25
PM.

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council will be present at the above
scheduled meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-
making responsibility.
This constitutes a meeting of the Common Council pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v.
Greendale Village board, 173Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993) and must be noticed as
such, although the Common Council will not take any formal action at this meeting.
