Finance Committee Meeting Minutes October 15, 2019 Chairman Spiegelberg called the meeting to order at 6:55 PM. Members Present: Aldermen Spiegelberg, Shaw and Rosek Staff Present: Mayor Nold, Kitsembel, Sullivan, Freber, Pickart, Frye, Gallo, Buerger, Duffy and Coenen Others Present: Alds. Strey, Ellis, Kowieski and Rogers, and WLFD Chief Brad Bowen 2. Consider/act on Vouchers Sullivan reported the Finance Department has new software and in addition to the Treasurer’s Report, the reports included in your packet will be what the Committee will see from this point forward; Check Report, Summary, Balance Sheet & Budget Report. Motion by Rosek to approve the vouchers in the amount of $5,052,619.00; second by Shaw. Motion carried 3-0. Motion by Shaw to adjourn; second by Rosek. Motion carried 3-0.
