City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes May 17, 2022 - 7:15 PM Aldermen Present: Matt Mulder, Charles Schellpeper, Karen Spiegelberg Also Present: Robert Magnus, Diane Coenen, Robert Duffy, Mark Frye, Betsy Bleck, Jason Gallo, Craig Hoeppner, James Pfister, Laurie Sullivan-Murray, Dan Uribe, Stan Riffle, Brad Bowen, Lou Kowieski, Chris Douglas, Matt Rosek, Kevin Ellis, Jennifer Aultman Kloth Chairman Mulder called the Finance Committee Meeting to order at 8:41 PM. Call to order and confirmation of appropriate meeting notification Committee Business a. Review/discussion on 1st Quarter Financial Detail Sullivan-Murray reported that staff completed a review of all funds for the 1st quarter of 2022 and both City and Utility funds are on track with their budgets. Additionally, there has been no use of contingency to date. She noted that several accounts are being monitored closely due to price changes since the adoption of the 2022 budget. b. Consider/act on Vouchers 1. Voucher Report- April 2022 Motion to approve the vouchers in the amount of $3,636,864.13 made by Schellpeper and seconded by Mulder. Motion carried 3-0-0. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Spiegelberg and seconded by Mulder. Motion carried 3-0-0.
