City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes October 18, 2022 - 5:25 PM Aldermen Present: Matt Mulder, Charles Schellpeper, Karen Spiegelberg Also Present: Lucas Caine, Diane Coenen, Robert Duffy, Kevin Freber, Mark Frye, Jason Gallo, Craig Hoeppner, Scott Osborn, Joe Pickart, John Schuh, Laurie Sullivan-Murray, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Chris Douglas, Lou Kowieski, Charles Schellpeper, Karen Spiegelberg Chairman Mulder called the Finance Committee Meeting to order at 5:30 PM. Committee Business a. Consider/act on Vouchers Motion to approve the vouchers in the amount of $6,224,989.82 made by Schellpeper and seconded by Mulder. Motion carried 3-0-0. 1. Voucher Report - September 2022 and Fleet Budget Update Sullivan-Murray reported that at the end of September, the Fleet Dept. is over-budget due to necessary repairs, maintenance and supply increases. A budget amendment will be brought forward at the end of the year. There is approx. $100K in fund balance. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Schellpeper and seconded by Spiegelberg. Motion carried 3-0-0.
