City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes November 15, 2022 - 7:15 PM Aldermen Present: Matt Mulder, Charles Schellpeper, Karen Spiegelberg Also Present: Robert Magnus, Lou Kowieski, Matt Rosek, Kevin Ellis, Chris Douglas, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Diane Coenen, Mark Frye, Jason Gallo, Jason Herzog, Craig Hoeppner, Laurie Sullivan-Murray Chairman Mulder called the Finance Committee Meeting to order at 7:14 PM. Committee Business a. Consider/recommend Resolution 22-R3078 Approving the 2022-2024 Audit Services Contract The Finance Committee discussed working on a policy to not contract with a vendor more than ten years. Magnus suggested using Kerber Rose for the City’s TID audits. Sullivan-Murray will reach out to Kerber Rose for pricing. Motion to recommend Resolution 22-R3078 approving the 2022- 2024 Audit Services Contract with Baker Tilly made by Spiegelberg and seconded by Schellpeper. Motion carried 3-0-0. b. Review 3rd Quarter 2022 Financials Sullivan-Murray briefly went over the document included in the Committee packet. c. Consider/act on Vouchers 1. October 2022 Voucher Report Motion to approve the voucher in the amount of $5,218,849.25 made by Schellpeper and seconded by Mulder. Motion carried 3-0-0. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Speigelberg and seconded by Schellpeper. Motion carried 3-0-0.
