Committee Business a. Consider/recommend 4th Quarter 2022 Grants and Donations Received and Budget Amendments - October 1 - December 31, 2022 Motion to recommend 4th Quarter 2022 Grants and Donations received and Budget Amendments for October 1 - December 31, 2022 made by Spiegelberg and seconded by Schellpeper. Motion carried 3-0-0. b. Consider/recommend Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Oconomowoc and Waukesha County Regarding the Municipal Recycling Dividend Program Motion to recommend Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Oconomowoc and Waukesha County regarding the Municipal Recycling Dividend Program made by Schellpeper and seconded by Spiegelberg. Motion carried 3-0-0. c. Consider/act on Vouchers 1. January 2023 Voucher Report Motion to approve the vouchers in the amount of $7,485,815.23 made by Mulder and seconded by Schellpeper.
