City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes August 14, 2023 - 6:00 PM Aldermen Present: Charles Schellpeper, Karen Spiegelberg, Andrew Moroni Also Present: Robert Magnus, Diane Coenen, Mark Frye, Laurie Sullivan-Murray Chairman Schellpeper called the Finance Committee Meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Committee Business a. Review/Discuss Second Quarter 2023 Financial Analysis Report Sullivan-Murray gave a PowerPoint presentation of the Financial Review Dashboard from the City of Oconomowoc website. The Committee asked that Legal Fees, Engineering and Pilot expenses/revenues be added to the dashboard. She will be offering training of the Financial Reporting website use in the future. b. Review/Discuss 2nd Quarter 2023 Purchase Order Report c. Review/Discuss Vouchers 1. July 2023 Voucher Report Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Spiegelberg and seconded by Moroni. Motion carried 3-0-0.
