City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes November 20, 2023 - 6:00 PM Aldermen Present: Charles Schellpeper, Karen Spiegelberg, Andrew Moroni Also Present: Robert Magnus, Diane Coenen, Laurie Sullivan-Murray Chairman Schellpeper called the Finance Committee Meeting to order at 6:00 PM and appropriate meeting notification was confirmed. Committee Business Sullivan-Murray gave a PowerPoint presentation using documents provided in the packet for each of the discussion items. Various questions were asked by the Committee and answers were provided. The Committee requested more information on the Police Dept. Capital Purchase Order for Body & Squad Cameras and Sullivan-Murray will provide that to the Committee. Additionally, Fleet staff will be directed to put together a report on their budget overages for the Committee. a. Review/Discuss October 2023 Voucher Report b. Review/Discuss 3rd Quarter Purchase Orders over $10,000 c. Review/Discuss Third Quarter City Financial Statement Status Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Spiegelberg and seconded by Moroni. Motion carried 3-0-0.
