City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes September 17, 2024 - 6:25 PM Aldermen Present: Karen Spiegelberg, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Matt Rosek Also Present: Robert Magnus, Andrew Moroni, Charles Schellpeper, Kevin Ellis, Diane Coenen, Mark Frye, Jason Herzog, James Pfister, Laurie Sullivan-Murray Chairman Spiegelberg called the Finance Committee Meeting to order at 6:25 PM and appropriate meeting notification was confirmed. Committee Business Sullivan-Murray demonstrated a new feature for the PDF Budget Workbooks available to Council. By clicking on any account number within the budget workbook it will take you directly to that account in the City’s Accounting System and provide you with more detail on each account, including history. There is a log-in screen for access. Log-in and Password information was provided to Council. a. Review/Discuss Vouchers 1. August 2024 Voucher Report The Committee has no concerns. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Aultman Kloth and seconded by Rosek. Motion carried 3-0-0.
