City of Oconomowoc Finance Committee Meeting Minutes November 19, 2024 - 6:00 PM Aldermen Present: Karen Spiegelberg, Jennifer Aultman Kloth, Matt Rosek Also Present: Robert Magnus, Andrew Moroni, Chris Douglas, Kevin Ellis, Diane Coenen, Robert Duffy, Kevin Freber, Mark Frye, Jason Gallo, Kevin Kaari, Scott Osborn, Tim Reel, Laurie Sullivan-Murray, Ryan Wollenhaupt Chairman Spiegelberg called the Finance Committee Meeting to order at 6:00 PM and appropriate meeting notification was confirmed. Committee Business a. Review/Discuss Vouchers The Committee had no concerns. 1. Voucher Report - October 2024 b. Review/Discuss 3rd Quarter 2024 Finance Reports (July 1 - September 30, 2024) Sullivan-Murray gave a brief presentation using the Financial Transparency OpenGov link that is accessed from the City website. The Committee had no concerns. Adjourn Motion to adjourn made by Aultman Kloth and seconded by Rosek. Motion carried 3-0-0.
