Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District Meeting Minutes September 27, 2016 President Elling called the meeting to order at 4:30 pm. Members present: Commissioner Niemann, Commissioner Riley, President Elling and Vice President Frye, Members absent: Commissioner Nold Others present: Stan Sugden (R & M), Kristine Golz and Tina Wallace (City of Oconomowoc) Public Hearing – The purpose of this public hearing is to hear comments on the proposed 2018 Budget for the Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater Utility District: The hearing opened at 4:30 pm. Elling reported the proposed 2018 budget includes Revenue Service Charges of $18,350 and Interest on the current balance of $150 with a Total Revenue of $18,500. The expenditures are estimated at Administrative for insurance purposes $6,500; Professional Services $5,000; Administrative Services $500; and Maintenance and other costs $6,500 for total of $18,500. No members of the public were in attendance. No persons rose to speak. The hearing closed at 4:32 pm. 2. Approve Minutes of August 30, 2017 Meeting: Motion by Niemann to approve the minutes from the 8/30/17 meeting; second by Frye. Motion carried 4-0. 3. Comments from Audience: None. 4. Reports of Staff: None. 5. Discussion and action on 2018 District Budget: Elling stated the expectation is for Professional Services to have the technical standards updated in 2018. Frye stated at one time it was discussed to bring ordinances for each community in line. He stated this is something that needs to be checked. Sugden stated the last time the technical standards were updated was when SEH, Ruekert-Mielke and Paul McIlheran worked together. He suggested they coordinate this the same way. Elling stated he would like Frye to coordinate the discussion on the ordinances. Motion by Riley to approve the proposed 2018 Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District budget; second by Niemann. Motion carried 4-0. 6. Comments from Commissioners: None. 7. Set Meeting Dates: The next meeting of the Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District will be on Wednesday, December 6, 2018 at 4:30 pm at Oconomowoc City Hall. Motion by Niemann to adjourn at 4:39 pm; second by Frye.
