Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District Meeting Minutes September 19, 2018 President Elling called the meeting to order at 4:30 pm. Members present: Vice President Frye, Commissioner Riley, President Elling, Commissioner Nold and Commissioner Niemann Others present: Tina Wallace (City of Oconomowoc) Public Hearing – The purpose of this public hearing is to hear comments on the proposed 2019 Budget for the Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater Utility District: The hearing opened at 4:30 pm. No members of the public were in attendance. No persons rose to speak. The hearing closed at 4:31 pm. 2. Approve Minutes of August 22, 2018 Meeting: Motion by Nold to approve the minutes from the 8/22/18 meeting; second by Niemann. Motion carried 5-0. 3. Comments from Audience: None. 4. Discussion and action on stormwater management plans for Village Crossing II at Pabst Farms, southwest corner of Valley Road (CTH B) and Village Lane: Elling stated at the last meeting he received a letter from R & M indicating that this project meets all requirements of the stormwater management district. Motion by Nold to approve the stormwater management plans for Village Crossing II; second by Frye. Motion carried 5-0. 5. Reports of Staff: None. 6. Discussion and action on 2019 District Budget: Niemann asked if the administrative services are for personnel. Frye stated this is for $5,000 for the municipalities to invoice back their time doing district work. Motion by Nold to approve the proposed 2019 Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District budget in the amount of $36,700; second by Frye. Elling stated $17,350 is from the fund balance and anticipate a $1,000 of revenue. The $36,700 is the budget not the tax levy. Motion carried 5-0. 7. Comments from Commissioners: None. 8. Set Meeting Dates: The next meeting of the Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District will be on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 4:30 pm at Summit Village Hall. Motion by Niemann to adjourn at 4:39 pm; second by Nold.
