Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District Meeting Minutes October 29, 2020 Vice President Frye called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. Members present: Commissioner Niemann, Commissioner Magnus, Commissioner Riley, Vice President Frye Members absent: President Elling Others present: Paul McIlheran (R.A. Smith National) 2. Approve Minutes of August 26, 2020 Meeting: Motion by Magnus to approve the minutes from the 8/26/20 meetings; second by Riley. Motion carried 4-0. 3. Approve Minutes of September 23, 2020 Meeting: Motion by Riley to approve the minutes from the 9/23/20 meetings; second by Niemann. Motion carried 4-0. 4. Comments from Audience: None 5. Reports of Staff: None. 6. Discussion and action on 2021 District Budget: The 2021 District Budget is as follows: Revenues $30,650 • Service Charges $23,000 • Interest $150 • Fund Balance Applied $7,500 Expenditures $30,650 • Insurance $8,000 • Professional Service $7,500 • Other Administration $150 • Maintenance $15,000 Motion by Frye to approve the 2021 District Budget; second by Niemann. Motion carried 4-0. 7. Discussion and action on 2021 District levy: Proposed levy was set at $23,000. Motion by Frye to approve the District levy at $23,000; second by Riley. Motion carried 4-0. 8. Discussion and action on dedication of stormwater facilities on 15.15 acres of land north of Pabst Farms Circle and south of Valley Road Lane in Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map #9337: This pond is located south of Valley Road and west of the condominiums to the west of Gold Medal Drive. It was recently inspected and the noted repairs completed. Both mowing and water treatment were recently completed. Motion by Riley to accept the dedication of the pond; second by Magnus. Motion carried 3-0, Niemann abstained. 9. Comments from Commissioners: None. 10. Set Quarterly Meeting Dates: February 17, 2021 at 5:00 Summit Village Hall; May 19, 2021 at 5:00 Oconomowoc City Hall; August 18, 2021 at 5:00 Summit Village Hall; and September 15, 2021 at 5:00 Oconomowoc City Hall. Motion by Niemann to adjourn at 5:15 pm; second by Magnus. Motion carried 4-0.
