Protection & Welfare Committee Meeting Minutes April 18, 2017 Acting Chairman Strey called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM. Members Present: Aldermen Strey and Schmidt Excused: Alderman Rosek Staff Present: Mayor Nold, Kitsembel, Duffy, Frye, Pickart, Pfister, Sullivan, Kelliher, Osborn and Coenen Others Present: Alds. Zwart, Shaw, Gross, Miller, Ellis and Kowieski; and Atty. Riffle and Stan Sugden 2. Consider/recommend Granting a Six-Month Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage License to Oconomowoc Area Baseball Club Coenen stated the City received an application for a six-month Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage License from the Oconomowoc Area Baseball Club, same as last year, to sell and serve at Roosevelt Field during their baseball season. The license would expire October 19th, which would take them through play-offs if necessary. The Police Dept. has reported that there were no issues last year. Motion by Schmidt to recommend granting a six-month “Class B” Fermented Malt Beverage License to Oconomowoc Area Baseball Club; second by Strey. Motion carried 2-0. Motion by Strey to adjourn; second by Schmidt. Motion carried 2-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:13 PM. Minutes taken by Diane Coenen, City Clerk Ald.
