Protection & Welfare Committee Meeting Minutes January 16, 2018 Chairman Rosek called the meeting to order at 6:55 PM. Members Present: Aldermen Rosek, Schmidt and Shaw Staff Present: Mayor Nold, Kitsembel, Buerger, Frye, Gallo, Duffy, Pickart, Sullivan, Kelliher and Coenen Others Present: Alds. Kowieski, Ellis, Miller and Strey 2. Consider/recommend Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Oconomowoc and Town of Oconomowoc for Dispatch Services: Buerger reported that the City of Oconomowoc Police Department has provided dispatch services to the Town of Oconomowoc Police Department since January 2013 and the five year contract expired December 31, 2017. This agreement is for three years (2018 – 2020) and includes a $1,000 fee increase for each of the years. All other terms of the contract remain the same. Motion by Schmidt to recommend the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Oconomowoc and Town of Oconomowoc for Dispatch Services; second by Shaw. Motion carried 3-0.
