Protection & Welfare Committee Meeting Minutes November 20, 2018 Chairman Rosek called the meeting to order at 6:52 PM. Members Present: Aldermen Rosek, Miller and Shaw Staff Present: Mayor Nold, Kitsembel, Frye, Sullivan, Gallo, Kelliher, Buerger, Duffy and Coenen Others Present: Alds. Strey, Spiegelberg, Kowieski, Zwart and Ellis 2. Consider/recommend Resolution Granting a New 2018-2019 Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage License & “Class C” Wine Licenses to EYM Pizza of Wisconsin, LLC (Pizza Hut, 910 Summit Avenue): Coenen reported the City received an application for a new Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage and “Class C” Wine licenses from EYM Pizza of Wisconsin, LLC for the Pizza Hut restaurant located at 910 Summit Avenue. This is a change of ownership and the sale of the property closed on November 7th. The new owner meets all Chapter 12 licensing requirements. Motion by Shaw to recommend granting new 2018-2019 Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage & “Class C” Wine licenses to EYM Pizza of Wisconsin, LLC; second by Miller. Motion carried 3-0.
