This constitutes a meeting of the Common Council pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993) and must be noticed as such, although the Common Council will not take any formal action at this meeting. 1  MEMORANDUM CLERKS Date: June 15, 2022 To: Mayor Magnus Protection & Welfare Common Council From: Diane Coenen, City Clerk Re: Sausage Haus, Inc.– New Class “A” License RELATES TO THE STRATEGIC PLAN Strategic Goal- N/A BACKGROUND The City received an application for a new Class “A” fermented malt beverage license from Sausage Haus, Inc., Jesse Jerabek, agent, for the property located at 523 N. Oakwood Avenue. This is a family-owned business that will be taken over by the son of the current owners. There is no change to the business operation or floor plan. The applicant meets all State Statute and Chapter 12 requirements. ADDITIONAL ANALYSIS The City has no quota limits on Class “A” fermented malt beverage licenses. FINANCIAL IMPACT N\A RECOMMENDATION Protection & Welfare Motion: Motion to recommend granting a new Class “A” fermented malt beverage license to Sausage Haus, Inc.
