Call to order 2. Proof of Notice of meeting 3. Announcement a. The District Fire Board will convene into closed session pursuant to sections The District Fire Board will convene into closed session pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and (1) (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, of Wisconsin State Statutes for the following purpose, “To discuss salary negotiations strategy for new human resources position, over which the Fire Board exercises responsibility”. The Fire Board will not reconvene into open session at the conclusion of the closed session. b. The Fire Board will not reconvene into open session at the conclusion of the closed session. 4. Closed Session – The Fire Board will convene into closed session pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c)(e), Wisconsin State Statutes, “To discuss salary negotiations strategy for new human resources position, over which the Fire Board exercises responsibility”. The Fire Board will not reconvene into open session at the conclusion of the closed session. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to gather information.
