Wisconsin Avenue, Oconomowoc, Wisconsin on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 beginning at 6:00 P.M. to address the following agenda: 1. Call to order a. Fire Board b. Municipal Boards 2. Proof of Notice of meeting for Western Lakes Fire District 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Public Comment 5. Future Meetings a. Fall Budget Meeting – Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 6pm location TBD 6. Closed Session – The District Fire Board will convene into closed session pursuant to section 19.85(1)(e), Wisconsin State Statutes, Deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public property, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: Contract Service Agreements with other Municipalities and Intermunicipal Ownership Agreement.” a. Also, in attendance (and noticed separately) will be elected officials from the City of Oconomowoc, Village of Summit, Village of Dousman, and Town of Ottawa. b. The Fire Board will not return into open session at the conclusion of the closed session. 7. Adjournment It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to gather information. No action will be taken by any governmental body at the above- stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
