In attendance: Councilman James Chapman, Councilman Darius Crump., Councilwoman Sandra Cook, Councilman Matthew Tortorice, and Mayor Daryl McIntyre Absent: Councilman Jonathan Ray Prayer: Mr. Barker Pledge of Alliance A quorum was declared. Adoption of Agenda Councilman James Chapman moved to approve the agenda. Councilman Darius Crump seconded the Motion. The Motion passed four yeses and one no. Discussion: Mr. Barker presented the Council with quotes on roads needing repair: Old Acton $39,079.53 Lake Rd $12,339.60 Woodland Cir $4908.00 Kujan Dr. $11,912.50 Euclid Trace $13,690.00 These quotes do not include materials. Councilwoman Sandra Cook moved to allow up to 250,000.00 for road repairs. Councilman Darius Crump seconded the Motion. The Motion passed with four yeses and one no. Councilman James Chapman moved to approve the minutes as written. Councilman Darius Crump seconded the Motion. The Motion passed with four yeses and one no. Mayor Daryl McIntyre moved to appoint James Chapman as Mayor pro tem. Councilwoman Sandra Cook seconded the Motion, which passed with four yeses and one no. The council agreed to keep the same health insurance company, which increased from $1483.00 to $1553.00 for family and $608.00 to $637.00 individual. Councilman James Chapman moved approve up to $2500.00 for toys for kids. Councilman Darius Crump seconded the Motion. The Motion passed unanimously. Chief Anthony Fields informed the Council that the vet bill incurred due to neglect of dogs by the owner will be charged as restitution to the owner. Councilman James Chapman moved to adjourn.
