Motion carried 6-0 MAYOR REPORT Mayor Wright reminded everyone of the Odessa Clean Up event that is scheduled for Saturday, April 13th and I LOVE ODESSA event scheduled for Friday, April 12th and Saturday, April 13th. He also went on to remind residents of the importance of the LEAD Survey. He encouraged residents to fill out the survey as soon as possible. This is a State of Missouri mandate not a City mandate. ALDERMEN REPORTS ● Alderman Barner thanked everyone who came out to vote in the April 2nd Municipal General Election. ● Alderman Carey – No Report ● Alderwoman Ehlert thanked staff for the invite to watch the Solar Eclipse. ● Alderwoman Polson – No Report ● Alderwoman Starr also thanked staff for the invite to watch the Solar Eclipse. ● Alderman Cramer – No Report PUBLIC COMMENTS Joyce Heishman spoke on the trash bill, police department and security alarm. David Craig spoke on concerns with his brother. OLD BUSINESS None NEW BUSINESS Resolution No. 2024-11 “Economic Development Incentives Policies and Procedures” Mayor Wright read the proposed Resolution repealing Resolution No 2014-08 of the City of Odessa, and Amend and Adopt the Economic Development Incentives Policies and Procedures. Motion was made by Alderwoman Ehlert, to approve Resolution No. 2024-11 Amending DR T AF and Adopting the Economic Development Incentives Policies and Procedures, seconded by Alderman Cramer, and carried with the following vote. Motion carried 6-0.
