Main St Parcel #: 23-1.0-02-0-000-001.000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Odessa on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Dyer Park Community Bldg., located at 601 W Main Street, Odessa, MO. The purpose of this public hearing is to hear from interested parties and citizens on a request by the property owner, Greenup Holdings, LLC, Bruce Bellington to annex an unaddressed parcel of land currently located in the county and adjacent to the City of Odessa limits. The property is generally located along W. Main St. consisting of 25.96 +/- acres, as further described by the legal description below. The property is currently vacant.
