PUBLIC NOTICE ODESSA CITY COUNCIL ATTENDANCE AT THE ECTOR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING Ector County Administration Annex Building Commissioners’ Courtroom, Room 120 1010 E. 8th Street Odessa, Texas 79761 Thursday, December 16, 2021 10:00 a.m. Although this attendance may not require this type notice under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Government Code of Texas, in order to keep the public aware of steps being taken on this matter, notice is hereby given to all interested persons that the Odessa City Council may attend the Ector County Commissioners meeting as set out above. The purpose of the attendance is to listen to or discuss an item being presented relating to items on the Ector County Commissioners’ agenda. Although there may be discussions, there will be no votes nor will any official action to be taken by the City Council, nor are these discussions planned as board meetings at which any final action would be taken.
