NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ODESSA, TEXAS: Section 1. That the statements of fact in the preamble are found to be true and correct and are approved as findings. Section 2. That the City Council hereby approves the appropriation of funds in the amount of $4,057,894.89 for needs-based staffing across various departments and funds. Specifically, $3,965,130.79 in the General Fund, $92,764.10 in the Water and Sewer Fund. Section 3. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute any documents necessary to implement this resolution. Section 4. That this resolution shall be effective at the time of its adoption.
